How are your fees calculated?
Depending on the matter we agree a fixed fee, a staged fee per hearing, or an hourly rate. You always get a written quote before we start.
Which documents should I bring?
Anything related to your matter: deeds, agreements, notices, court papers, letters and your national ID. If unsure, bring it and we will sort it together.
How will I know how my case is going?
Your advocate updates you after every hearing and important step, by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp, as you prefer.
Do you handle cases outside Dhaka?
Yes. We appear before courts across the country and work with trusted local counsel where needed.
